• Is the new booking process mobile-friendly?

  It certainly is! Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to book dates within minutes of receiving a lead. Now you’ll be able to easily create, edit, sign and submit quotes and agreements on your smart phone or tablet, from wherever you are!

• Can I accept balance payments as well?

  At this time, Gig Salad facilitates accepting deposit payments and does not support collecting balance payments for events. Please let us know if you’d like to see this feature added.

• When can I start using this?

  As soon as you like! Simply respond to your next lead, creating a quote and agreement.
  
  There are two ways to use the booking system:

  Respond to the next lead you receive, creating a quote and agreement, by clicking the “Send a Quote” button.

  For leads you receive outside of GigSalad.com, select the “Create New Quote” option at the top of your list of gig leads.

• How do I respond to a quote request?

  Visit your Gig Leads page, and click the “Respond!” button on to the lead you wish to book. Click the big “Send a Quote” button, fill out the form, and we’ll send your quote/agreement directly to the purchaser.

• When do I get the deposit payments event planners have sent me?

  We send out deposit payments as soon as possible after receiving them, often within 24 hours.

• How do I get my deposit payments?

  However you choose to get them! Every time you create an agreement you will choose how you will receive the deposit for that gig. Currently we have two options: a check by mail or PayPal.

• Can I update an agreement after I have already submitted it to the event planner?

  Agreements may be edited by you until both parties have signed them online. If you notice that an agreement you submitted is incorrect before the event planner signs it, make any changes you wish and resubmit the agreement to the event planner.
  
  Important: once an agreement is signed by both parties it cannot be updated or modified in any way unless both parties agree to cancel it.

• Will I get reviews for the gigs I book?

  We send the event planner a reminder email to review your services the day after the event. This email also serves as a follow up to ensure the event was a success.

• What happens if I do not honor an agreement?
